CANCELED ORDERS
We accept order cancellation within one day. If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
A return request is possible within 14 days after receipt of the goods by the buyer. If you are an international customer, please email us mail-catty2001@ukr.net to request a return. All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

REFUNDS FOR LOST PACKAGES
We guarantee a full refund in case of loss of the package during shipment and confirmation from the carrier that the package is lost. It takes about 1-2 months for the carrier to investigate and confirm the loss. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 10 business days after receiving confirmation from the carrier that the package is lost. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
